Booking conditions and cancellation costs

A deposit of 100,00 € is due within 10 days after receipt of the invoice.

Four weeks before the start of the tour 50% of the remaining amount is due.

Three days before the start of the tour, the outstanding balance is due.

No cancellation costs until 2 weeks before tour start. Thereafter 20% of the total amount will be charged as cancellation fee. Cancellations less than 48 hours before the start of the tour will be charged in full.
